Two years ago a mini tornado came through our area at 8:00 PM, hit our storage facility, lifted the roof over our art works and 250+ prints and paintings got wet. Fortunately, the manager was making rounds, called me and we had four people including our framer from USF Graphicstudio helping us within an hour. All works had to be dried, cleaned, repackaged or reframed but some were damaged beyond repair. Our saving grace was My Art Collection software which made it a easy to document the damages to each particular work of art for our insurance company and our claims were paid promptly and without question.
Also, as the work proceeded, we added much more information about many of our works and are completing the photography process of each piece which, according to your update, will be incorporated more easily into the system. As I have told you in the past, this is a wonderful program and we feel very fortunate to have found it.

I've used My Art Collection 1.0 for six or seven years. It's been a great tool. The only reason to get rid of 1.0 was so I could install 2.0. It's fabulous. Thank you for exceeding expectations.

This software, My Art Collection, is perfectly designed for cataloguing the collection of approximately 100 paintings and sculptures in our expanding collection.
We have been exceedingly satisfied with its features and categories, and have found it incredibly effective, well organized and extremely easy to use. And, on the rare occasion when we have had a problem understanding an application, the staff has been so immediately helpful and polite.
This is an extremely self contained, useful and pragmatic system. We highly recommend it.

This software is perfect for the collection of approximately 100 paintings and sculptures I am cataloguing, and it is very easy to use. We looked at a number of different programs before we chose this one, and we have been so happy with our choice. The others were either too simple or much more complex (and expensive) than we needed. I was really excited at how affordable your software was compared to some other ones I had come across (approx. $500).
